Hi , I Have Recently Been Put On Microgynon Birth

Hi , I have recently been put on microgynon birth control ,but I have allot of trouble swallowing tablets. Today was the first day of my period and I tryed so hard to swallow it but I couldn't get it down with water so some of the pill dissolved , at half its size it went down but I don't know if it will work still Or what to do in future.
