Hi I Have Recently Developed Lots Of What Seem To

Hi I have recently developed lots of what seem to be freckles but they range from pink to dark red to even dark brown most are very small but they developed maybe over the last year or so. I would say there's about 20-30 of them at most is this normal? I am 28 year old male. I also have a black-ish colored spot about the size of a pencil eraser I noticed just a few weeks ago. Kinda worried and plan on making an appointment to see a dermatologist
