Hi, I Have Recently Experienced A Pain In My Lower

Hi, I have recently experienced a pain in my lower left abdomen which will then gradually move its way to my back below my ribs. I've had this for a few days, and came on my period this morning, I'm well aware it probably isn't linked to my period. I'm on the pill too.
