Hi! I Have Recently Got Off My Birth Control On

Hi! I have recently got off my birth control on March 31st.(depo) I was on the birth control for almost a year and haven't had sex since I've been off of it. Lately I've noticed more discharge than normal and when I wipe after urination, it sometimes looks like blood mixed with my urine. I sometimes get pains as if I were beginning my period but then nothing. Is this normal? Should I be worried?
