Hi, I Have Recently Had A Bad Cold Which Has

Hi, I have recently had a bad cold which has now almost gone. However, I now have aches in my lower back ( kidney area ), a temperature going from very hot and sweaty to freezing cold, a slight cough and a severe headache !. It is sometimes painful when I urinate and the urine sometimes smells a little fishy ?. My problem is I have just moved home and don't have a doctor !!.
