Hi I Have Recently Had A Sinus Infection And A

Hi I have recently had a sinus infection and a high fever and have been taking several pills and I'm feeling betters however in the past 2 days I have sores all over my bottom lip inside and out and one on my tongue. It really burns and is really hard to drink or eat! Help!
