Hi, I Have Recently Had Concerns About Potentially Having Chlamydia.

Hi, I have recently had concerns about potentially having chlamydia. In the last two days I developed symptoms condsive of it (burning in urethra at the end of my penis during urination and ejaculation, and recently noticed a small amount of milky/clearish discharge coming from the urethral opening). I received oral sex about 5 weeks ago and only developed these symptoms now. Is it possible that it is chlamydia?
