Hi, I Have Recently Just Got Back From The Middle

Hi,

I have recently just got back from the middle east become ill with fever,cough and the flu. I have just recovered but unfortunately now I cannot pass stools now getting abdominal pain front and back not passing urine frequently. Please can you help me. thanks many.
