Hi, I Have Recently Noticed Since The Cold Months Started

Hi, I have recently noticed since the cold months started that my hands are red and can become dry.If I press on my hands the blood will disappear and then reappear very quickly.My hands appear to be red when they are by my side and when I raise my arm most of the blood will disappear.Sorry if I have not explained this very well.
