Hi, I Have Recently Relapsed Quite Badly With My Eating

Hi, I have recently relapsed quite badly with my Eating disorder, restricting and vomiting... Only for the last month or a little more. Lately have been having slight chest pain.. On the left side and little on the right. It's not shooting or sharp, more of a slight uncomfortable feeling... Almost like a bruise on the inside. No trouble breathing. I have no insurance so just wondering if it seems something severe. I have been trying not to purge. I was drinking a lot of coffee and wine so I thought maybe that contributed to the pain when on an empty stomach.
