Hi,

I have recently shifted to Liverpool, UK from India. In India i have been taking Dexorange, whenever i felt lethargic or felt difficulties in breathing as i have a history of falling hemoglobin when i consume too much coffee / tea etc. (actually Hb is getting blocked due to caffeine). I am not carrying dexorange with me and now have the same problem of Hb. Can you please suggest me alternative syrup which i can get here?
