Hi I Have Recently Stopped Smoking Herbal Incense, I Only

Hi I have recently stopped smoking herbal incense, I only smoked it a few times but I have had constant head aches, insomnia and have been throwing up all week. I have also been feeling lots of anxeity which I haven't had before, I'm quite worried as I am a diabetic and need to keep my food down, could this be withdrawal? And if so how long will it last?
