Hi I Have Recently Stopped Using Co Codamols After 6

Hi I have recently stopped using co codamols after 6 months of frequent use I had my last 2 on Friday afternoon around 3 o'clock in the afternoon and by 12 that night I was experiencing a tingling feeling in my hands and arms as well as getting extremely hot and then very cold i had not actually realised I had become dependent on these tablets and wasn't really aware you could withdrawal from them so I haven't full understood what's been happening to me over the last 5 days, for the first 3 days I was curled up in bed or on the sofa constantly shivering but temperature would be up and down I have been sick all the time my pupils extremely dilated, stomach pains, pain all over my body and feeling extremely emotional and full of anxiety and absolutely no energy , is this definitely withdrawals ? Are the pins and needles feeling in my hands normal ? And will the anxiety get better
