Hi, I Have Recurring Bacterial Vaginosis Problem For The Last

Hi, I have recurring bacterial vaginosis problem for the last four years. I have had the same partner and I think are ph's imbalance each other. I recently started to use half 3% peroxide and half water. Works amazingly after the first time it seems like it's gone. Can using peroxide kill the good bacteria in your vagina and also is there any long term affects. One last question can this cause any type of infertility problem?
