Hi I Have Red Bands Developed About 1 Inch Wide

Hi I have red bands developed about 1 inch wide aprox 2 inches above the ankles . Over the last day ?
Suspecting it could be a reaction to fabric conditioner , though never had any reaction to any thing before .
Started taking stomach acid suppressants recently ...omeprazole .Thats the only medication I take .
