Hi, I Have Red Raised Bumps And An Open Small

Hi, I have red raised bumps and an open small cut at the very top of my butt crack on both cheeks. It may be a fungal infection because the area stays moist since I have been working out alot. It itches very badly and looks horrible. What do you suggest I use to clear this up?
