Hi I Have Red Raw Nasal Passages Which I Can

Hi I have red raw nasal passages which I can see I can feel it right up at the back of my nose I had had sinus all my life but in the last few years I don't really release any mucus I think it's going down my neck. I have had two courses of antibiotics which only clear it temporarily and a nasal antiobotic cream which irritated the very back of my nose. I include mucus forming foods like milk in my diet anymore, actually I'm finding it hard to breath through my nose I have very slim nasal passages
