Hi, I Have Red Sore Bumps Around My Anus. They

Hi, I have red sore bumps around my anus. They are sore and sometimes itchy. It started a couple weeks ago, when I had diahrrea, not much was coming out but everytime I passed gas there would be some liquid discharge. Then it went away and I was somewhat back to normal, and then my anus started feeling sore again and I started having digestive problems and today I noticed 3 red bumps right around the passage way. And it is very sore. Please advise.
