Hi I Have Red Spots That Now Have Risen Up

Hi I have red spots that now have risen up with liquid in them and spread all over my body. They itch and burn and usu also my fist and ankles are swollen and it hurts to move. I try alcohol rub help little then I tried calamine lotions help itching but not burning or joint pain swelling of wrist and ankles. Please help.
