Hi. I Have Relocated To A New Town. And Have

Hi. I have relocated to a new town. And have noticed my urine has developed a strong almost ammonia like odor. Also I taste and smell the same odor in my mouth when I cough. I have been congested for the same period of time, and my sinuses have been draining almost every day. I am in good health, and do not feel sick. No burning or infections that I know of. Can it be the water I've been drinking? Or environmental..?
