Hi, I have researched and been told that honey is great for workouts and that it actually will extend the calorie burn longer. Recently, a new friend of mine who studied to Natural Medicine told me otherwise. She said that the any form of sugar before or after a work out is counter productive to the workout. What is your take on this?
