Hi I Have Right Lower Pain In My Side Body

Hi I have right lower pain in my side body aches chills fever and my legs hurt I had a baby 2 mos ago. 2 weeks ago I had same symtoms and dr tested me for flu which was negative. He gave me tamiflu zpak steroid dose pack ibuprophen and nausea medication I took all medication now two weeks later it is back. It came on suddenly both times
