Hi I Have Scarring On Liver Caused By Alcohol But

Hi I have scarring on liver caused by alcohol but have abstained completely since jan 2018. I have had tips procedure but still getting ascites build up. On lowest dose spironalactone and furusemide but not working . What’s next step or can I go straight to paracentesis
