Hi, I Have Seen A Podiatrist In The Past For

Hi, I have seen a podiatrist in the past for a toe nail fungus. He was treating it with Formula 1 (I think that was the name of it.) It was clear nail polish. I didn't see much results and I put it on faithfully for almost a year. My nail bed had detached from my nail and he had asked me if I had trauma to my nail at one point. I did. A few years back, I accidentally power washed my toe. I stopped going to the doctor about 3 months ago, really only because he had to cancel an appointment and I never rescheduled it. The other night, I accidentally dropped a 12 pound weight on that very toe (just my luck.) It is ridiculously black and hurts and is still detached. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do? Thank you
