Hi I Have Sever Angina Spamming Of He Small Arties

Hi I have sever angina spamming of he small arties and I have had TIAS and AF in the past . I take Cardizem mertroprol and marevan GTN spray, nitro patches and oxygen when my oxygen levels are down. I get sever fatigue and tightness of the chest still and the heart seams to pumps about 30% of normal and I have to lay down. This is when I use the oxygen. This is severely impacting my life and my ability to do any physical work or very little excerise as this brings an attack Have you any suggestions? Thank you
