Hi, I Have Several Bumps On My Head That I

Hi, I have several bumps on my head that I noticed in the last two days. There are 6-8 bumps of varying size, mostly small. They are all on the left side of my head within my hairline. Most aren't painful but two are when I push on them. My head doesn't itch, nor do I have any type of rash. I feel fine physically and do not have any headaches. What could be causing them and how do I get rid of them?
