Hi. I Have Several Tip Of Pen Size Purple Spots

Hi. I have several tip of pen size purple spots at the under side of tongue. (Not on tongue, on tissue that connects tounge to jawline) also one on interior of my lip. (2weeks ago less amour than now) I do have high blood pressure that is controlled by 2 meds. I also have stage 4 kidney failure. Is something I should bring to the attention of my Dentist, nephrologist or ???
