Hi, I Have Severe Hyperacidity. I Have Been Taking Pan40

Hi,

I have severe Hyperacidity. I have been taking pan40 for more than 3 years.2 months back pan40 has no effect on me i got severe pain & Burning Sensation starting from throat to stomach and also iam getting burning sensation and pain on the backside of stomach and in near the heart backside .
so i have consulted a doctor he gave me Drugo-D medicine. I took 2 times a day for two weeks and stopped it.I have no pain when iam taking Drugo-D medicine.And after a week again it got worsen and iam getting same burning sensation and pain.

During night time around 1 or 2 daily more acid is generated in stomach and getting burning sensation and also acid is raising till throat.I even used to drink a glass of water to avoid burning sensation. but burning sensation is not stopping.
iam avoiding spicy foods also. If i control the acidity for 2 days and on 3rd its getting worsen .
and when i touch and press my stomach near my ribs are there and i can also feel the pain on both the sides.

Could you please help me.I need to get cured.I have been suffering from this for years.
