Hi, I Have Severe Issues With My Sinuses As Well

Hi, I have severe issues with my sinuses as well as my lungs. I've been coughing for over five years and no one is able to help me. Today I blew my nose and noticed a rubber band consistency half out of my nose so I pulled it out which was pretty tough. Inspected it and it definitely looks like it was connected to something and afterward I had pain in my eye and cheek bone. I'm quite concerned and need to know what I should do.
