Hi I Have Severe Sharp Stabbing Pain In Right Side,

Hi I have severe sharp stabbing pain in right side, when breathing in, it's under ribcage on side, also goes to back.It always hurts just worse after meal and yawning and deep breaths. I'm also retaining a lot of fluid and my stomach is very distended, can you help? They've done CT'S WITH AND WITHOUT CONTRAST , LABS FOR CUSHING DISEASE NO REDULTS! ANY IDEAS WOULD HELP PLEASE
