Hi, I Have Severe "toothache" In My Back Bottom Left

Hi, I have severe "toothache" in my back bottom left molar, but only when I swallow. The gum isn't tender, the tooth doesn't hurt when touched, or pressed. Chewing doesn't cause pain. I only get pain when swallowing, and when I wiggle my jaw in a certain manner. Any advice?
