Hi I Have Sharp Pain On My Right Side Behind

Hi I have sharp pain on my right side behind my lower ribcage. It does not hurt unless I breath deeply or toss from one side to the other when sleeping. This has been happening for the past year about every three months and lasts a week to ten days. I am 45, female. Any ideas.
