Hi, I Have Sharp Pains In My Right Hand Side,

Hi, I have sharp pains in my right hand side, also faint sharp pains on my left.. I've also got an extremely sore shooting pain right through the middle of my stomach towards my Virginia area. I had keyhole in March as I went in thinking I had appendicitis(which I didn't) I ended up having two large cysts on my ovaries. They where flushed and I've now got lots of small cysts on both my ovaries. So they've diagnosed me with polycystic ovaries.... Although this pain is a lot different to what I have experienced before...help?
