Hi I Have Sinusitis Thought My Face Was Going To

Hi I have sinusitis thought my face was going to explode this morning due to the pressure. I think I have had laryngitis as well lost my voice for two days. Slowly coming back. I also have an extremely sore soft palette making it very painful when I swallow. I have taken some nurofen for sinus pain. Anything I can do to relieve the pain in the palette?
