Hi, I Have Small Fever, 38.5 C, And Chills, My

Hi, I have small fever, 38.5 C, and chills, my leg become frozen after a long period of siting, when I urine, I could few the pain it is coming from right side kidney, because I have prior experience after my doctor used laser to remove the kidney stone on the same kidney. Is this a typical kidney inflection symptom? please advise. Thanks,
