Hi, I Have Some Orange Spots In The Back Of

Hi, I have some orange spots in the back of my throat I noticed them 2 weeks ago when I had a sore throat. Maybe they have been there longer. The sore throat only lasted for 2 days and I also had a little ear pain. Now I have this feeling in my ears again and a constant urge to clear my throat. What could cause that? I'm a little worried.
