Hi. I Have Some Painful Lumps Under My Right Armpit

Hi. I have some painful lumps under my right armpit of different sizes. The three bigger lumps have puss coming out of them. There are also smaller lumps as well, but no puss coming out of them yet. As I said it is very painful. What could be the cause, and what can I do to get rid of this condition?
