Hi, I Have Some Problem With My Bowel Movement For

Hi,

I have some problem with my bowel movement for years now.! I have some pain in my left lower abdomen for few years now and I have done USG twice, urine and stool checked before and found nothing. But, I have either semi diarrhea type stool or hard stool and I can digest fast food types food which are not made at home. I have done USG again and urine and stool again. My stool test says:

RBC- Few
Pus Cell- Some
Epi Cells- 1-3
Startch_ Present
Protozoa- VEG CYST.

So, am I having some bad diseases or what is happening to me.! I need Help.!
