Hi I Have Some Problems With My Mouth, First I

Hi I have some problems with my mouth, first I have a wisdom tooth that has been broke for a few years half of it is broke to the gumline will this affect me? Second I have a tooth turning black in the front bottom and it used to have a small white bump pop up occasionally now it doesn't but I just noticed a small hole pop up a few days ago what should I do?
