Hi, I Have Some Sort Of Small, Dry, White Growth

Hi,

I have some sort of small, dry, white growth on the inner rear part of my left ear canal. I am trying to research what it may be and how to get rid of it. It does not really hurt, but there is a slight bit of pain when I touch it. It does not appear shiny like a polyp, so I'm wondering if it could be a skin tag or a wart. I clean my ears vigorously after each shower. What does it sound like, how can I get rid of it, and it could it have been brought on by irritation from the Q-tips? Thank-you for your time.
