Hi I have some type of bug or parasite in my home carpet car in my body on my body it looks like white thread. They r hurting sooo bad under my finger nails. There is a White looking cluster between might close that hurts severely. Between my toes that is extremely painful and looks different then what I've been seeing everywhere elseThe doctors and exterminators think I'm crazy I do not know what to do can you help me please I see little bumps almost small worm looking bombs under my skin everywhere and severe bruising on my body I don't know what this is
