Hi, I Have Some White Spots On My Right Tonsil

Hi, I have some white spots on my right tonsil and I don't feel any pain. I don't know if it is tonsil stones or not. My tongue is also really faintly a grayish white color. I have no medical history of this, but I used to have pretty bad oral hygiene. I'm very young and I don't drink or smoke or anything like that. Should I be concerned or see a doctor?
