Hi! I Have Spinal Stenosis Caused By Sever Arthritis And

Hi! I have spinal stenosis caused by sever arthritis and severe degeneration of lumbar L-4, L-5 with moderate disc bulging. Severe degenerative changes in facet joints with fluid. Terrible pain, sometimes unable to walk. Problem is that I am a retired RN with a discontinued license for Percocet diversion and no one wants to prescribe it to me. I have been taking tramadol for a long time but now that is a narcotic too. what can I do to get some legitimate pain help?
