Hi I Have Spondelolethesis, Scoliosis And Whiplash Injury In Neck.

Hi I have spondelolethesis, scoliosis and whiplash injury in neck. I'm on 75 fentanyl patches.injury is degenerative.going to pain clinic again in 3 - 4 months. 8 weeks ago I was taken off pan Forte for breakthrough pain.and my Dr won't give me anything for it. Ended up in emergency last weekend with pain. Don't want to go back to pan Forte after being on them for 30 years. Can you suggest an alternative medication that will help me with break through pain.as it is totally disabling when I get it. TIA
