Hi I Have Started A New Job Involving Lots Of

Hi I have started a new job involving lots of lifting bails of horse food ect about 2 months approximately we had a big delivery in and I remember lifting a large box over my head to stack it on another one my right arm & shoulder have been hurting ever since & the pain is in my kneck right shoulder and pain shoots down my arm & around my shoulder into my back also I get like pins and needles in my right hand with a numb feeling in my hand and all my knuckles hurting
