Hi, I Have Started Smoking Again, Due To Stress. I

Hi,
I have started smoking again, due to stress. I went on Champix a few years ago and it worked well. I didn t continue the full treatment. Will it be as effective if I go on it again. As well I have been extremely stuffed up in my sinuses and have had an ongoing sore throat. A few weeks ago in the morning I had a clump of blood come up after I coughed. I desperately want to quit but struggle on my own, would you recommend trying champix again. I have just re-committed to an exercise regigm and want to be as healthy as possible as my husband and I desire to start a family.
