Hi! I Have Started Taking Primolut Nor Three Days Ago

Hi! I have started taking Primolut nor three days ago because today I am travelling abroad on a family trip! The problem is that I have a severe pain in my belly and bellow it in addition to nausea! Is it normal? What should I do? I have no time now! I'm worried that something serious is happening in my belly? Could it be the result of taking this medicine or any other reason? Thanks!
