Hi I Have Strep Throat And I Am Having Trouble

Hi I have strep throat and I am having trouble drinking water, and because of the soreness. I don't think it is going down my throat, it feels like it is going into my sinuses then I end up spitting a lot a few seconds later. I'm only on the second day of antibiotics, but this is very alarming. What should I do?
