Hi I Have Stretch Marks At The Top Of My

Hi I have stretch marks at the top of my thighs from pregnancy. This morning I noticed a lump under one which feels hard and I believe to be a boil. I tried popping but all that came out is blood. My stretch mark is swollen and raised instead of being flat like it has been for the last 3 years. Should I be worried? Or shall I just see if the spot/boil will go away on its own?
