Hi. I Have Suffered Two Miscarriages In The Past Year

Hi. I have suffered two miscarriages in the past year and a half. The first one was not normal though. I went to my 12 week scan (i was nearly 13 weeks) only to be told the heartbeat had stopped around 8 weeks and i had not miscarriaged naturally. I had to have what i think was called a pecissary, Put in, I went home and painfully delivered my baby. I had quite a few problems afterwards due to heavy bleeding which included collapsing, low iron level, dizziness and sickness along with pain. My question to you today is i am not due on my period for another week and 2 days. I am getting cramps in my lower abdomen i didnt have before and also feeling rather sick. Im just overcoming what i believe to have been a sickness bug. I have had it for over a week now. My question is. Can it be possible to experience morning sickness and cramps only 1 week after conception? And if not. What else could it be? They are rather painful (lower abbdomen. Im not due my period for another week)
